Having over 17 years in the aesthetic industry Alisha envisioned creating a clinic that focused on addressing a person’s overall wellbeing and health in order to achieve the best aesthetic outcomes. There was a need to design an “Ideal” skin and health treatment plan. A true customized approach that would treat and address internal and external factors contributing to the clients skin health. All while developing an authentic relationship with her clients as their skin care expert helping educate, empower, and support along their skin care journey.
Before launching Ideal Skin and Health Alisha began her career alongside her mentor - one of Spokane’s premier female Plastic Surgeons. Working for years directly with a Plastic Surgeon allowed Alisha to quickly develop a deep understanding of the complexities of the skin. Alisha now pays that knowledge forward as an educator and trainer for new practitioners. Alisha frequents master training courses, conferences, and hosts private training events at Ideal Skin and Health.
Alisha strives at being her Clients “North Star”, helping them find their beauty on a deeper level then surface beauty, She aims at understanding the details of a patient’s past and present skin care routine and adjusting products and treatments to achieve their desired results. The close relationship Alisha develops with patients allows her to closely monitor treatment plans and identify important changes over time that might signify a need for a change in the skincare routine.

Zelda Swain, ARNP
Zelda is a dermatology nurse practitioner who has 9 years of injecting experience with Botox and fillers. Zelda formally worked at Valley Dermatology and is now starting her own practice in Spokane. She will be joining us doing injectables 2 days a month. Zelda is a national trainer teaching other doctors and nurse practitioners techniques and assessments for improved outcomes. Zelda works with her clients to achieve their goals and prefers a very natural aesthetic. ALWAYS NOTICED BUT NEVER DETECTED! Is her motto.
